 Shipping Policy:

Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing of your order and an additional 3-5 days for shipping and receipt of your package. You will be notified via email if there are any delays in the estimated shipping. Delivery dates are estimated once an item is shipped- you can track this via your USPS tracking number that will be provided. (Due to COVID and delays with USPS, the delivery of your order may exceed the 3-5 business days stated above).

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. After processing, all items are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following business day. 

We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame. 

An e-mail confirming your order and shipment will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the Billing information section.

 

Return Policy:

NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed- includes size and/or color changes.

Please be sure to look at the size chart before ordering or reach out to us via email if you have questions.

Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds to original payment methods. 

Exchanges on defective items

If you receive a defective item, we will replace it with the same item in the same size.  

To be eligible for a defective item exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Price Adjustments 

Price adjustments are not available on any purchase.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your defective item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
